A product engineering company built for

PQ Angels is a global engineering services company headquartered in India, working with semiconductor product companies, OEMs, and software businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. We deliver across four practices: VLSI Design, Embedded systems, Software development, and DevOps.
Our teams are organized around outcomes, not skill silos. A typical engagement might involve an RTL designer, a verification engineer, a firmware lead, and a DevOps architect working on the same product. That is unusual in our market, and it is the reason clients keep coming back.
PQ Angels was started because the founders kept running into the same problem at every product company they worked at. The chip team did not talk to the firmware team. The firmware team did not talk to the cloud team. By the time a product reached the user, three handoffs had already happened, and at least one critical decision was made by someone who did not have the full picture.
We built PQ Angels to be the team that does have the full picture. We hire engineers who have shipped products, structure our practices around the real product lifecycle, and treat every engagement as if our name is on the box.

We are obsessive about delivery quality. We are also a place where engineers laugh in standups and call out bad ideas in their own. Both matter.

We document every step, identify bottlenecks, and determine what data and systems need to connect. No surprises down the road.
Speed without rigor is
just rework
We move fast on the right things. We refuse to move fast on sign-off checks, security reviews, and validation. That trade-off is non-negotiable.
The client should always know more after a meeting, not less
If a status update leaves the room more confused than when it started, the update failed. We train every project lead on this.
